Holley Hamm
Holley founded The Birthday Fairy after sponsoring her friend’s kindergarten class so every student could celebrate their birthday. What started as a small heart project soon grew into this incredible organization. As Executive Director, she oversees the organization as a whole, leading with heart and vision.
Her favorite birthday memory?
Her husband surprised her with the Birthday Fairy car for her 50th birthday!

Hannah Bishop
Hannah began her journey with The Birthday Fairy as a board member and quickly became a cherished part of the team. While she first added a special touch by hand-lettering names on birthday bags, she now helps in any way needed to bring each celebration to life. Known for her kindness and loving heart, Hannah plays an important role in making every child feel truly special and celebrated.
Her favorite birthday memory?
Her favorite birthday memory was her 16th birthday, which fell on Thanksgiving Day. It was especially meaningful to celebrate surrounded by the people she loves, making it a day filled with gratitude, joy, and unforgettable memories.

Lilly Hamm
Lilly has been part of The Birthday Fairy since high school, when she first began volunteering and quickly fell in love with its mission. Ever since, she has remained eager to help in any way needed, always stepping in with a positive attitude and a willingness to serve. Lilly brings joy, laughter, and a warm spirit to the team, making every celebration even more special.

Getting to share a birthday week with her grandmother and celebrate it together.
